How to do a CoQL query in Zoho CRM using Deluge

Are you trying to use search for specific records in Zoho CRM Deluge? In this video I'll show you how to use Zoho Coql in Deluge to search for special records

To perform a COQL query in Zoho CRM, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Contacts page in Zoho CRM.
  2. Edit the page layout and add a new field, such as "Amount of Failed Deals".
  3. Create a button on the view page that will run a writing function, such as "Failed Deals Volume".
  4. Start by getting the account and assembling the COQL query.
  5. Use the Zoho CRM COQL Query page (found by Googling "Zoho CRM COQL Query") to write the query.
  6. To avoid a "connection mismatch" error, go to the Developer Space in Settings and create a connection.
  7. Save and execute the query to retrieve the total value of failed deals for a specific account.

Database queries can be extremely helpful when searching for specific customers in your Zoho CRM database. By using CoQL queries, you can quickly and efficiently search for customers based on specific criteria like account name, stage, or pipeline. You can also access nested lookup fields for even more accurate results. With CoQL, you can also find the total value of a customer's failed deals and add this value to a field for easy tracking. All of these features make CoQL an invaluable tool for quickly finding the customers you need in your Zoho CRM database.
